Items That You Can't Return

There are some items purchased on Motaja that customers can't return:

1. Downloadable software products.
2. Any software that is opened.
3. Any printed items, e.g., photos.
4. Any kind of Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, etc which were approved for selling on the platform.
5. Grocery items.
6. Pet food and similar products.
7. Some health and personal care items.
8. Digital subscriptions after they have been accessed.
9. Live insects (where approved for sale by Motaja).
10. Any Product that is missing the serial number or UPC.
11. Prepaid game cards, e.g., Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, Sudoku, War games, etc.
12. Prepaid gift cards (except required by regulation of that country or region).
13. Products with special shipping restrictions imposed by regulation of that country or region.

Return Policy

At Motaja, we don’t accept returns for items paid for and received at the vendor's location. The vendor determines the return policy.
